Booking/payment/cancellation policy:

• 50% deposit due at time of booking.

• Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

• Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival.

• No refunds for early departures, internet outages, or other interruptions of service.

• No refunds for acts of God or circumstances beyond our control. (e.g., loss of utilities or power due to storms).
