Booking/payment/cancellation policy:

50% deposit due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.

No refund for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival.

No refunds for early departures, internet outages, or other interruptions of service.

No refunds for acts of God or circumstances beyond our control. (e.g., loss of utilities or power due to storms).
